Hello, This is a courtesy reminder to file for your Homestead Exemption as soon as possible, if elligible, this removes part of the value of your property from taxation and lowers your tax bill; to qualify, the property owner(s) must have owned and occupied the property as of January 1st of the current tax year, the subject property must be the owners principal residence and the homeowner may not claim another homestead on another property. You may file your homestead exemption application between January 1st - April 30th. 

*State issued drivers license or official ID must match your homestead address*
